The Bank of Namibia’s Accounting period falls as per the Calendar year from 1st January to 31st December. In line with requirements of the Bank of Namibia Act Financial Statements are prepared on a monthly basis for publication in the Government Gazette as well as annually for Statutory Reporting purposes. The annual Financial Statements are published before the 31st of March each year. The Bank’s Financial Statements are prepared in accordance with Namibian Statements of General Accepted Accounting Practice.
