The overall objective of the Human Resources Department is to act as a strategic business partner that provides. The Department supports the Bank of Namibia in the execution of its mandate by attracting, developing and retaining future-fit employees to serve all stakeholders.

The Department comprises Organisational Development and Learning, and the and Employee Relations.
